Religion and Government
Joan of Arc was born in the village of Domremy in eastern France, and she lived in France her whole life. She was Catholic, very religious, and had very strong beliefs for such a young age. Her parents were very religious too. In 1920, she was made a saint by the Roman Catholic Church.
